You've decided that you've enjoyed your 2 week free trial and want to sign up. Great News! Welcome!

You need to have:

TJJF Licence
Ichiban membership
Gi with a TJJF badge before your first grading or competition

When completing the licence form:

Ensure your mobile number is entered correctly
'Adult Licence' (18 years old +) , or 'Junior Licence' (under 18s)
Existing TJJF Licence Number & Expiry Date: Leave blank
Current TJJF Grade: 'Novice'
Full name of club: Meanwood Jiu Jitsu Club Leeds

Filling in this form provides you with 2 weeks free insurance. At the end of your first 2 weeks you will need to complete payment for the licence in order to continue training in jiu jitsu at our club.

Ichiban Membership

To become a member of Ichiban, you will need to:

fill in a paper copy of the membership form at the dojo
set up a standing order for the monthly session payment*

The monthly membership includes all evening and Saturday classes and may be paused at any time.
